We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic getaway and found the location to be perfect, it was just a few steps away from the beach and offered lovely views from our balcony. the hotel facilities were fantastic and we had unlimited access to both pools. We also had access to a number of wellness centres and were able to use them at an additional but reasonable cost. the other guests were friendly and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

That the staff could be quite unfriendly and unhelpful at times, and some of them did not speak English very well. It was also frustrating that they were unable to provide us with a hot drink after 10 pm.

Equipment and size of the rooms. Cleanliness.

Noise level in the breakfast room too high at breakfast and dinner because groups of people were also eating. The tables are set too narrow. Dinner Comparable to the hospital "bland food" "overcooked and neutral taste".

The breakfast was good, more brown bread would be nice. The beds were very good, I slept very well

The long ways to the thermal bath and sauna, and that the pool was still empty.

Great value and ideal location for exploring the town and beach. Spacious clean rooms with stunning views of the area. The breakfast was perfect for starting the day, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

The walk up the hill to the hotel can be tiring after a long day out, and the private beach charges for loungers and umbrellas. The slippery surfaces around the indoor pool area could be a safety hazard.

Breakfast was very good! The room was very big, quiet and clean! That the entrance to the thermal bath was included in the room price.

Breakfast should be possible until 10:30 a.m.! The energetic advice of an older lady of the staff at the breakfast buffet at 9:55 a.m. "Breakfast ready at 10:00" For information we were already at 9:15 in the breakfast room. The rest of the staff was very friendly ! That the parking spaces at the 4 star hotel are chargeable!

New rooms with modern style

I would expect real coffee instead of vending machine coffee for the breakfast in a hotel of this category. Distance to the pools and the beach (no own hotel beach!) is long. In the evening and the night you can hear noise from the beach bars. Noise from the lawn mowing, high pressure cleaner, on Sunday. Sleeping only possible with closed window!

The hotel has a great location within walking distance to the beach and town center. Rooms are quite spacious and clean with some offering a lovely view. the hotel offers access to other facilities including swimming pools and kid's rooms. the breakfast buffet offers some tasty options including seafood and pancakes.

The staff can be rude and unhelpful at times.

The view of the sea and the size of the room is great.

This is not a 4* hotel at all. The carpet in the room was well-warn and dirty.

That the hotel has debited the entire amount from my credit card 2 months before my trip. SHAME!!

Large rooms, clean facilities, friendly staff, enjoyable swimming pools, convenient location.

I have enjoyed in swimming, in walking,... One of the advantages is nearness of Italy, we used this trip to visit Venezia, also we went to Bled, Bohinj, cause everything is close :)

The parking lot was convenient, and at a reasonable price. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

This hotel could be better in terms of parking availability. However, we still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, spacious rooms, and delicious food.

Very friendly staff, good food and a nice room. The miniclub at the beach was nice for kids. Also the spa free of charge was a good bonus.
